Sometimes it's the simple things that can have good returns. In 2017, we

There is a stupid amount of money by telling others what you think of a
product. If you've ever looked at a purchase price of ads on keywords,
you'll note that some keywords are much more expensive than others.

In general, there is a funnel that people go through before they actually
buy something. Using our example of steroids, it would look something like

The beauty is that there is usually an opportunity to make a sale somewhere
on that path. Somewhere, if you know how to write, how to do your research,
and usually have some business sense & # 8212; you can make excellent
profits.
Many of you who read my work on this site for the last 3 years and have
probably seen some of my contextual links to my niche and # 8221 sites;
Living like Ukraine, Eastern Europe travel and speaking abroad. My aim isn
t to convert ROK player (you) in the purchase of a product on these sites &
# 8212; it's to improve the ranking of the site so that someone else found
somewhere on this funnel keywords.
When I leave my job to return to business in February 2016, my main blog
was young at the least. And I had my first class in the works, and hoped it
would ultimately be able to support me. It was a gamble that happily paid.
I committed to display on my main site at least a day for the first year. I
reached for the most part it.
But there are only so the growth you can force (I was not going t post 3
times a day) & # 8212; some of them must take time to happen organically.
So I decided to run some other sites in the free time I had. I wrote some
articles myself, others rent, and usually as fun leisure & # 8221 sites;.
Well, nothing in Ukraine in June Living erased more than $ 600 in earnings.
A fitness site / supplement I started in early January erase $ 500. Eastern
Europe Travel will $ 100. Speaking is abroad and again a little slow on the
line.
Is that a lot of money? Absolutely not.
At the same time, the amount of work I put in one of these sites is barely
50 hours (each). And when they are still numbers like that, you can often
sell them outright to 15-20 times the monthly income.
I strongly changed my belief that starting with a small low investment site
is one of the best ways to make your first foray into passive & # 8221;
income (I hate that term). No matter how you turn it, the internet business
will always take trial and error.
My goal is to remove as much of the process as possible and to send people
in the right direction. Here are some reasons why niche sites are a great
way to start businesses online.
Very Minimal (or zero) startup cost
If you already have a web host, you're already set. Most plans allow you to
host unlimited websites for free. If that is the case, your only extra
investment is the new domain name.
If you don t have that, your out of pocket costs (other than your time, of
course) will be approximately $ 100-150.
Or $ 75 for hosting for a year
$ 10 for a domain
(Optional) or $ 50 dollars for a premium theme (of course, you can go cheap
or as expensive as you want with it)
If you choose to rent certain items, you can expect to probably pay $ 20
for 1000 words of pretty good quality content. I urge against it at first.
I mean, what other business can you start with $ 150 or less? There's not
much there.
The skills you learn are numerous
If you choose to take a project like this, there are so many skills that
are applicable to many online businesses. Or hell, you can even use these
types of skills to get a corporate job in some areas.
Here are some of the skills you develop easily:
Web and basic graphic design
The writing (selling)
Search Engine Optimization
How to hire freelancers (if you choose to outsource some of the work)
Social media marketing
Business planning and strategy
It increases the equity in something
As I mentioned earlier, if you have a website that can still make $ 500 a
month, you can reasonably sell on a site like pinball or Flippa Empire for
about 20 times earnings. That's potentially $ 10,000 payday if you are
willing to let go this revenue.
The Internet moves quickly, and things go out of style quickly. While the
content of websites are by far the slowest way to make money from the bat,
it's one of the few people in something builds equity.
Many people have asked why I haven t got into the top affiliate marketing
range & # 8212; pushing thousands of visitors to record pages and make
money from each conversion. The answer I give is: because at that point in
my life, I feel more comfortable with pillars supporting the building I
know aren t going to disappear. The things that I can leave for a few
weeks, and trust they will always be money.

big ticket challenges arise. But the first year to quit my job, move abroad
and try to scale a business was not that time. I had another friend who
moved with me and tried to learn to day trade as he was short of money.

The Internet continues to grow, and more people are coming online every
day. This kind of business does not go anywhere ISN, because people will
always be looking information.
So if you want to pursue a niche site, how are you? Well, find a passion in
a niche and # 8212, and then in a subniche.
For example, & # 8221 Fitness; niche is a bad choice. Good luck competing
with men's health, BodyBuilding.com, etc. But that's in the fitness niche?
