A man in a pickup truck killed eight people when he drove on the bike path
West Side in Manhattan Tuesday afternoon down - and shouted "Allahu Akbar"
as he got out of the car with fake weapons, police sources.
The alleged terrorist attack happened around 15:15 when a man in a pickup
truck to Home Depot dish veered onto the bike path in West St., a few
blocks north of Chambers St., police said.
The suspect, who was shot by police and then plowed his car into up to 23
people on the way, killing eight people and injuring more than a dozen
others, according to police.
He continued driving south and hit another car, then got out and
displayed "imitation firearms", said the police.
The man then shouted "Allahu Akbar", according to police sources.
Witnesses described a scene of terror, as people fled for safety.
"Jesus! A car just ran over two people, then crashed into a school bus. I
see two dead bodies and destroyed citibikes on the ground," one Twitter
user wrote.
"What happened was there was a car accident ... he came out of one of the
cars. He had two guns ", a student aged 14 Stuyvesant HS said. "We thought
it was a Halloween thing. He started running around the highway. There was
another guy in a green shirt that was short after him ".
"I heard four to six shots - everyone starts running," she added.
Video from the scene showed at least two people lying limp in the street.
The photos show a rental Smashed-Home Depot truck and two mutilated Citi
bikes.
Anti-terrorist Police were searching the truck of explosives.

The nightmare of electronic progress and automated processes
On Saturday, September 30, I went to the bank to withdraw some money. That
was the end of the month, when many people receive their wages and rush to
the bank to make withdrawals. At the bank, almost all ATMs have warned that
they were empty: seemed to work. I went here. The attempted removal has
been accepted. The machine began counting the banknotes, but stopped in the
middle and finally rejected my card. I tried once & # 8212; same result.
As I need some hard money, I went to another bank. There several
distributors had actually money. But now the distributor told me otherwise:
I exceeded my limit of allowable withdrawal and could no more withdraw.
What ...? Had not withdrawn the money was actually considered withdrawn?
Two days and several attempts later, I managed to reach a hotline support.
At the other end of the line, a half-assedly girl explained that each of my
attempts had been considered a withdrawal, even though nothing has been
removed from my account. "Oh, and you tried hard! "Well ,, silly, of
course. This is my money, and as long as I did not withdrew beyond the
limit, I absolutely right to get it.
Apparently the absurdity of this particular accounting has not reached the
weak neural my interlocutor. And she could do nothing only my bank
adviser "personal" than I've ever seen, could cancel my dead-in-the-belly

Several calls later, the so-called advisor could not be reached, no matter

develop its own virtues instead of having to do stunts to get a little

disfigured. The rest of the movie is spent trying to figure out how to
escape the curse of the video.
