Game of Thrones is a success because it reminds us what we lack

I've seen every episode of Game of Thrones. Although immersed in the dream
of the issue of swords and breasts, my conscience is mostly incapacitated,
but periodically shaken awake and I find myself thinking, "This is Dungeons
and Dragons, except instead I look to play, and instead of being with
people, I'm alone. "Maybe I'm with my girlfriend, but watching a show
serialized with your girlfriend is a good way to feel alone.
Yet I keep watching because I feel a power in the soap opera. Starving
children eat clay under their feet because it contains essential minerals.
They have not analyzed scientifically grounded, of course, but ethereal
they know they need what is in the dirt. The dirt of postmodernity is Game
of Thrones. It can be filled with bacteria and diseases and perhaps even
shit, but it gives us what we need & # 8212; what our psychologies crave.
George Martin, Comic Book Guy incarnate, is a history buff and created the
show in honor of the War of the Roses. It was a 30-year period during the
15th century when families Lancaster and York fought against each other to
rule the throne of England. The war probably seemed a big deal at the time,
but it ended up being inconsequential. The fact that we can focus on two
families in a war of gangs useless indicates two essential minerals for our
psychology family and values. Of course, family values.
Women need Game of Thrones more than men

The incessant spacers, breasts, and swords (representing masculinity does
not), do we think viewers are mostly men. However, single women demographic
is the most represented spectator located on the coast (ie, feminist).
Unless feminists, with their attachment disorder parading as independence,
rebelling against family values. Still, they need family values as they
need vitamin D Game of Thrones bridge this gap cognitive dissonance as a
way for women to eat with something that is supposed to disgust. It is a
spoonful of sugar for the Huffington Post crowd.
The characters are forced by the family that their purpose is to fulfill
the obligations of their family. But the requirement carries with it the
safety of the structure. Postmodernity is the opposite. We have the
cultural freedom to cut family ties loose, but we lack the personal freedom
to become individuated. Without a well-trained psychology we gradually
enmeshed in whoever happens to be nearby.
We skew and bowing. Instead definitive responsibilities, we have plans in
bulk. We cater to middle managers. We are free to do what we want, but we
lack the psychological basis of being free. The boundaries we create are
always passive aggressive. Freedom means nothing without transcendence,
that the mother of postmodernism, critical theory, performed. Knowledge
without responsibility is the foundation of anxiety.
The character is Daenerys feminist inside that gives the viewer a main walk
in the show. The man she loved, the man who could make her happy, was
placed in a world that would eventually kill him. Since then it has
attracted only orbiters who pines for her, but could never satisfy. To fill
the void of servility, she has three dragons, not coincidentally, have the
temperament of cats. They want to be left alone, but on their terms. They
give him the archetype of an alpha whose attention she can use her
femininity to appease. Meanwhile, his libido neglected pushing to conquer
the cities with power, it is acquired for no other reason than it is
accidentally magic.
Without limitations that would limit a lesser being, Daenerys develops a
savior complex, and thus feels the pain of the Savior to be abandoned. As a
woman in the modern non-profit, she tries to help people who do not like,
with random results. It keeps her busy, and there was worse there, but no
Daenerys diagnose a happy woman.
Game Of Thrones offers an alternative life

Feminist cell property, and worthy men become even more rare as it ages,
but it has outlets for its nature. Instead of organizing the finances of
her husband, she organizes the finances of his boss. Instead of traveling
with her family, she attends corporate retreats. Instead of a dinner for
dependents, she will dine with codependents. She convinces progress because
self-deception knows no limits. But the truth of the situation is
inevitable sporadically by the panic attack: nobody likes and does not like
anyone.
In the minds of men, freedom from family is unfortunate but manageable. We
still have our calls of science and philosophy and the accumulation of
wealth. But for the female mind, to live for itself is an empty movement.
The women's achievement is the association. Without relationships, there
can be no sense, no reality.
modern woman has not only forgotten the water surrounding feminism, but she
is anesthetized to drowning. Then a television show is that women
subjugated to the family and the code of masculinity, and she sticks to it.
This is the opening scene in each dystopian novel: the hero stumbles across
a relic of the past illumination.
The penultimate season will air this weekend. I can not make decent
predictions about what will happen because I have terrible instincts for
this kind of thing, but I know what I would say if I in the room of this
writer: take the throne of iron, good Plato, all the ultimate ideal world
is after. We know what happens when the characters have something to fight
for, now's find out what happens when the structure is removed. How people
will act when there is more code? Without value, which could be the need
for the family?
Then the show will become, like all great art, a large mirror to society.
At least I will be able to convince me that I do not regret watching it.
