We all here Maxick the return of kings, don t we? Or at least me and my
other golden age aficianados like the Austrian countryside techniques
various flexing muscles that nobody could imagine were able to be flexed.
Right now, we have already learned how to do the latissimus dorsi,
trapezius and pectoral muscles, but there's much more to do on the upper
body. One of the largest, most significant and, indeed, the most important
to do so are those of the abdomen.
Of course, you are probably already capable of flexing abdominal muscles if
you worked a little and you never felt the need to pick up a girl by asking
her to hit you in the stomach (believe me, it works & # 8212 and once
you've directed the conversation to surrender well shaped course, don t
just say as an opener as a sperg). But there's much more you can do with
your abdominal muscles to tense. Indeed, tensioning is by far the easiest
thing you will do & # 8212; and I say this because I think it is the
hardest of all exercises Maxick program.
abdominal relaxation
Before you can begin to flex and control of abdominal muscles, you need to
know how to relax completely. In other words, a body poses should be
adopted which eliminates deformation of the abdominal muscle. And as you
can imagine, where there abdominal relaxation, abdominal wall is soft and
can be pressed with a finger.
abdominal relaxation or abdominal depression, is an exercise that is
affected by the pressure of the outside air, but it is the key to control
double and single abdominal isolations.
So for depression, you exhale all the air, relax the abdomen and chest
thrust forward, not upward. If you did it right your abs, should limit ala
the image below.
If you lift the UP chest, he won t work there's not enough air pressure.
The key is not to exercise your abdominal muscles while. When he says no up
& # 8221; he means don t look back. Push your chest forward until you feel
tightness, then do it. You should see the abs especially depressed. And of
course, like most things Maxick, the more body fat you have less visible it
will be.
Perpendicular Double Insulation
Once you have done depression correctly, lift the arms. From there you
start swinging the body forward and backward until you get contraction.
If this seems unnecessarily vague, I'm sorry, but it really isn t a better
way to describe what you're supposed to do here. There is no explicit rule
of how to move the body, you must find for yourself. In the book, M. Maxick
advocates that students either go forward or backward. The contraction
should be involuntary, or if involves the entire abdominal wall, and want
to engage the rectus abdominus.
Central single Perpendicular Insulation
Take depression, and without inhaling, press your hands to slightly down
the body, and you should see the effect in Figure 18. Hands should be at
the base of the abdominal muscles, palms up, a hand resting on the other
for convenience as in the picture. The wrist may be against the pool to
start, but you want to reduce hand pressure thereafter. It is a matter of
right position and movement.
Lean slightly forward when performing this exercise to give an abdominal
game increase.
One Sided Perpendicular Insulation
This is exactly like the last, unless you exert a pressure of a hand on one
side. The simplest way to exercise is to gradually change the pressure of
the center perpendicular to one side and then back, then the other side.
The lungs must remain deflated anytime.
abdominal rolling
This is accomplished by obtaining the contraction of a depression in a part
of the abdominal wall, but keep in mind all the other abdominal muscles
must remain completely relaxed.
The position of the depression should change from the top down. You can use
your hands, but of course, you should eventually make hands free. When you
do this correctly, it looks like a wave.
Its difficult? It is, but it will not only strengthen and give you a deeper
neurological control of the abdominal muscles, but according Maxick it'll
help digestion as well. And who does not want better digestion?
