History is full of myths climate change that were used to control human behavior

This is the most important issue of our time. The climate of our world is
the point of breaking urgently! The planet is warming, oceans are rising
and flooding is inevitable! Man is the villain Civilized knowingly commits
this crime! Its carbon footprint is his greatest sin and vision of the
mythological world forces him to expect the punishment of the planets! But
there is hope in the form of a culture hero. Leonardo DiCaprio is not only
warning people of their impending death, it is also the champion of the
crusade against it.
Before the flood documentary on climate change by man waving in South
Africa. It was produced, and narrated by DiCaprio elucidated that this myth
as if his voice is the first to do so. About 300 flood stories can be
counted worldwide. Five of them are important to Western civilization
because they contain the same formula used by the modern propagandist
propagator of this tale.
The flood myth is essentially this: the gods decide to destroy us because
we have degraded and destroyed paradise. The great flood is their preferred
method although they sometimes use the plagues and drought. Under divine
inspiration or instruction, just the hero overcomes the course of humanity
in time. It is divinely rewarded for its realization.
Conceptualize the mythical narrative.
The Flood Israelite

Genesis 6.5 - 8.22 version is certainly the best known. Our modern
conception of sin is derived from a Biblical education, and therefore the
Hebrew and moral history. It is therefore interesting to note the
wickedness of man, and how every imagination of the thoughts of his heart
was only evil continually. There is no ambiguity, the man and all he has
done in the process of life on earth is regarded as corrupt and violent. So
all life must end with the exception of the perfect man who walks with God
& # 8212; Noah.
The Flood Greek
The human race renewed by the bones of Gaea.
In the Greek tradition, the degenerate age of mankind is described as a
time when men do not respect their wishes, nor justice, nor virtue. Zeus
wants to destroy the human race, but Prometheus warned against his son
Deucalion. He and his wife Pyrrha survive in humanity against flooding and
change by Zeus appeasement. The descendants of Deucalion, the Hellenes,
become perfect new form of humanity.
The Epic of Gilgamesh
I will say the hidden things to you and to know a secret of the gods.
The eleventh tablet of the Gilgamesh akkadien was inserted into the
Gilgamesh around 1200 BC. In this famous work of cuneiform literature,
Ut-Napishtim is the hero anxious to ensure life under the threat of climate
change controlled god. No reason is given for the decision to drown gods
humanity, but one of them Ea warns napishtim-Ut, preventing total
destruction. The gods show remorse and the gift of the hero with
immortality.
The epic Atrahasis
Be attentive to the message he needs to know.
In a copy earlier, around 1600 BC, the all-wise and pious king is warned
Atrahasis to build the ark and preparing for the deluge. Here, the god of
time Enlil wants to eradicate the man living in the city. He apparently
made it all the 1200 years & # 8212; alternating between the plagues,
droughts and floods. But on this occasion, it is our dense urban
overcrowding and the associated noise that triggered it.
The Sumerian Flood
All destructive winds and storms came and the storm swept flooding in major
cities.
The Sumerian myth, copied around 1900 BC, has Ziusudra as the original form
of the character Noah. The gods grow hostile to humanity to the perceived
noise and general disturbance we cause. The divine solution is cleaning
with water. The humble and obedient hero is warned by the god Enki, he
built a ship, save the seed of humanity and eventually given life as a god
in the new phase of moral evolution of man.
Why some are inclined to believe the myth
Flood stories are the result of the popular memory. Various local disasters
have been experienced by some companies who then passed their story to
others. For example local flooding was common in Mesopotamia, but there
just are not capable of rivers in the area he Canaanite. So it must have
been borrowed by the Jewish tradition of a particular authority propagator
of culture.
Politicizing the myth.
The purpose of these myths is to regulate human behavior by convincing
people that successful urban life is despicable and annoys the planet since
divine punishment should be expected. Moralized climate change is
understandable for the old. These religious texts were after all. People
believed the dogma because they had faith in its authoritative source.
Moralizing narrative.
Today, the propagator of the new version is waiting for you to believe that
dogmatically based on his faith in the people who spoke to him of modern
science, the scientific method, and empirical truths. An actor was enlisted
to disseminate these truths, hoping to convince you based on personal
authority.
Feed scrap the dogs and they'll wag his tail.
Conclusion
Western culture has a long literary tradition and interconnected narrative
of climate change, and all versions are better than before the flood. the
fossil fuel emissions, greenhouse gases, CFCs, overpopulation and
deforestation are some recent echoes the same familiar themes that we have
always associated with the success of civilized life. Climate change and
its seemingly inevitable floods are just part of the experience. But
perhaps our hero moralistic Hollywood, with its concern for all life, is
aware of some great truth that managed to evade the spirit of the greatest
thinkers in history.
