How ISIS plans to conquer and manage Infidel "Savages"

Observers of political and military events in the Middle East can not fail
to notice the extreme violence of ISIS methods. They seek to control the
local population, or to engage in combat operations against an armed enemy,
ISIS members did not hesitate a moment to adopt the most brutal tactics. In
the cultural field, the militant group was equally ruthless: he thinks
nothing of obliterating the historical and cultural treasures of the
regions it occupies. Is there a method to this madness? Is it part of a
coordinated strategic vision, or is blind ignorance of a group of wild
unnamed?
It would be a grave mistake to underestimate or ISIS ideology. Any group
that can attract new members ready to fight until death must have our full
attention. Beyond this, the words of Isis show that there is indeed a
constant, if demented logic in everything they do. Military planners must
never forget, as they must never forget that while North Korea is not done
for a purpose.

It turns out that ISIS has made the world a favor by spreading his theories
in a book called Managing Savagery: The most critical stage through which
the Umma will pass. This manifesto, published by Abu Bakr Naji and
translated two years later by William McCants, establish a detailed program
on how to create the conditions necessary for the Islamic state.
We must understand that the word "savage" in this context does not refer
to "terror". It refers to non-Muslims and Muslims who do not accept ISIS.
In other words, ISIS is considered "pure" and the rest of the world
as "savages" that must be tamed and civilized. No doubt all fringe groups
or collection of quirky believes, but the difference is that ISIS control
still considerable stretches of territory and can field fighters who are
willing to fight to the last bullet.
First phase
What are the essential elements of the doctrine of taming the "wild"? It
can be broken down into a three-step program. The first phase is
frustrating and exhausting the enemy. ISIS recognizes that it can not cope
with all the power of modern military forces of the world face to face
engagement. It therefore seeks to draw his opponents into long-term
attrition wars that undermine the strength of their opponents. ISIS calls
it the "power of vexation and exhaustion. "
There is nothing new in this: the guerrilla forces have been doing this for
centuries. The difference appears to be depressing the will of the United
States and its allies to take the bait. Here, for example, the author
describes some of the reasons why the Soviet Union was defeated in
Afghanistan:
This is exactly what happened to the communist superpower when it was put
into a military confrontation with a lower power than himself several
degrees; he was not even comparable. However, (the lowest) managed to
militarily exhausted and, more importantly, it activates the elements of
acculturation in (the superpower ies) of origin:
& # 8211; The dogma of atheism systems against the belief that believe in
the next life and God.
& # 8211; The love of the world, worldly pleasures and opulence compared to
people who had nothing to lose.
& # 8211; The moral corruption, the slightest manifestation of which was
the Russian soldiers and officers returned (home) & # 8212; if revenue & #
8212; and found that their wives had a child or a relationship with someone
else.
& # 8211; social inequities clearly floated to the surface when the
weakened economic situation because of the war. Then when money gets tight
and monetary crises begin, the great thieves appear, especially if accurate
accounting begins. [Text, p. 19]
second phase
The second phase of the ISIS strategy is to establish its own parallel
governance structure in areas it controls. What does it mean? It requires
firms and markets remain open, he set up Islamic courts and schools,
and "educates" the local population in the principles of Salafi Islam.
There are several years it has even started issuing its own currency and
passports.
Although these initiatives reached wide acceptance, the point was made: We,
the Islamic state, are an alternative to existing corrupt governments. We
can do better. Unfortunately, this pitch is not without its attractions in
areas that were decimated by years of sanctions, war and chaos.

third phase
The third phase of the ISIS program involves a review of how to expand the
radical message in other countries. The idea is that the bold, radical and
violent action by ISIS in the Middle East triggered franchises "benefits"
in other parts of the world. This idea is not as ridiculous as it sounds.
Like communist movements were attractive at some point in many parts of the
Third World, for other forms of radicalism are now available to fill the
void once occupied by communist insurgencies. These are some of the factors
to consider in choosing the country "" to the insurgency:
Factors taken into consideration when selecting the countries:
Regarding the common bonds between states where regions of savagery may
INTO BEING, we notice that some or all of the factors (below) concern:
& # 8211; The presence of geographic depth and topography allowed in each
separate state, the establishment of the regions which are managed by the
system of administration of savagery.
& # 8211; The weakness of the regime in power and the weakness of the
centralization of power in the peripheries of the borders of his state and
sometimes in internal areas, especially those that are overloaded.
& # 8211; The presence of jihadist, Islamic expansion spreads in these
regions.
& # 8211; The nature of the people in these regions. This is a matter in
which God has given preference to one place to another.
& # 8211; Similarly, the distribution of weapons by people who are in these
areas. [Text, p. 38]
Overall, there is a coherent program here in many religious cant
environment. It is organized, logical, and was implemented fanatically
where its members have been able to do so. Some international powers
believe that they can use ISIS on a basis for others as a kind of battering
ram to break down the secular regimes they do not like (eg, Syria). Those
who believe that they are deluding themselves. ISIS can be rented, but
never owned; and once he is finished taking the money with one hand, he
quickly devour the same hand. Never forget.
