3 reasons why men should avoid soy products

Soy. The bogeyman of masculine men everywhere. Indeed, the term & # 8221
soybeans; (And its derivatives such as soy boy) itself has become a term of
slang encapsulating everything we hate about the state of modern
masculinity: weakness, effeminancy, gentle facial features and more.
but is that the case? We all know that soy is the only complete plant
protein & # 8212; that is to say s the only plant protein that has all the
essential amino acids and # 8212, but is it really so bad for people in
general and men in particular?
The short answer is: for people & # 8221; as a vague concept, no. It'll
keep you alive and functioning. But for men, in particular, seeking to be
the best men they can be, the answer is a resounding yes.
What it does, and why it's so common
As I said above, soybeans keep you alive & # 8212; it is a complete
protein, meaning that it will indeed give you enough protein to make their
way into your daily life. This well, although I do not dispute.
As many have pointed out, soy is indeed a very common food and feed
additive, not only in his native East Asia, but increasingly in the four
other cardinals of the compass too. Note that the three largest soybean
producers, who represent the majority (80% +) of the world harvest are all
in the Western Hemisphere: the United States, Brazil and Argentina.
And indeed, when I say it's very common, I mean with no hyperbole. Besides
all be eaten in its natural state, soybeans are processed into many food
products such as the famous tofu and tempeh and vegetable oil. If it weren
t enough, textured vegetable protein, or PVT is a soy product which is used
as charge / replacement in many meat alternatives / milk and as an
activator.
Why is it so common? While some conspiracy theorists to posit no doubt that
this is a little fiend Illuminati / Satanist Jewish conspiracy to
emasculate men around the world, I don t think that s the case. Frankly,
I've always believed in Hanlon's razor, the idea that you can never
attribute to malice what can be attributed to stupidity & # 8212; and I
paraphrase laziness for stupidity.
The simple reason for the preponderance of soy in modern food is simply
that it is not expensive, and companies are primarily & # 8212; and quite &
# 8212; companies seeking to maximize their profits and minimize their
expenses. Thus, a source of cheap protein such as soy is common, side
effects Nevermind. And what are the side effects that deliberately hurt men?
1. Hormonal distress
Soy products are confirmed inherently contain phytoestrogens, which may
have effects on the human body estrogenizing. Indeed, they have been linked
to positive effects for women, including reduced risk of certain types of
cancer & # 8212; and this happens to be the same effect that can occur with
certain types of estrogen supplementation.
Since that is the case, we can also discuss the inverse (ie the same
estrogenizing effects that are good for women will certainly be bad for
men). Of course, the question is a matter of debate, but one study reported
adverse hormonal effects of soy in men.
testosterone
2. Reduced male fertility
In connection with the above, a heavy soy diet has also been linked to
dysfunction of the fertility in men: decrease in sperm count and reduced
sperm quality. If you are reading this site, you've probably picked up
somewhere or other that testosterone levels in the western world are lower
than they were in previous generations, and not only that, several studies
have confirmed that testosterone accounts and sperm are lowered in all
Western countries.
Again, it is not likely that this is a deliberate conspiracy, both as an
unfortunate side effect and decrease the cheap quality of life.

3. flatulence
Now go in a direction completely low brow, eating an excess of soy products
has been linked to gastrointestinal distress. And needless to say, being
associated with flatulence won t stinks so much for all that you're
attempting to do, be it fitness, seduction, or business.
Although we can not believe the phenotypic changes associated with low
stereotyping, slender male eating soybeans, the three reasons listed above
are enough for any man to avoid this food.
What to do
Seeing that soy isn t required in the diet, avoid shouldn t so difficult.
Just read all food labels, avoid with soybeans, and avoid eating directly.
Replace it with animal protein instead.

Make these simple changes and help improve the health and masculinity.
