It's been two and a half years since ROK had a new design. I decided to go
with a cosmetic minor update that is similar to the old design.
There are some bugs we're working. The most urgent is the comment link
showing as an empty box on the main page and below each article's title
(which is set up, click on the box to be sent directly to comments).
There also may be incompatibilities with the multitude of devices used
today. If you're having a problem, let us know so we can solve problems.
