8 essential tips for girls who are fat

The other day I received news from one of my friend's girlfriend beta, a
nasty, spiteful, ignorant woman who convinced my friend to me blacklisted
because I was & # 8221 evil; (Read: tell my friend in his presence he could

This girl was obese, but his face was quite simple and it would have been
nice if it did not look like a meat ball. The bitterness of his obesity
made her a witch, she got a gastric bypass surgery (sports and good
nutrition were really asking too much) and finally lost the extra pounds.
But it seems that it always has the same terrible attitude and even after
the taxpayer and paid for his operation, not an ounce of humility came out
of it. It is now thinner, but it will always be a slut in my eyes.
I believe it would have been humiliated if she had to work hard to lose
weight. Here are my two cents on how fat girls can avoid this situation and
the transition to a thinner, happier.
1. Compensate with other qualities

Being nice is paramount. In the same situation, people will be less patient
and understanding if you're fat. They could give you a pass if you are
attractive.
Stop arguing, stop being sarcastic or provocative. Normal, humble and
patient. Make it a priority to be truly kind. Without being stupidly
friendly, do not let the anger created by your ugliness translate to others.
Being a good housewife. Know cooking and entertaining guests. Take care of
yourself and your home. Reasonably intelligent and well educated in
society. Be useful and do good around you.
2. Be realistic about the situation

Get your goals for how much weight you want to lose and be disciplined
about it. Know that you are beyond a certain point of obesity, even major
surgery and diet and extreme exercise you won t give back the body has been
given to you before you chose to destroy it.
Scars, excess skin and spongy flesh could be your future if you don t do it
right. In desperate cases, the progressive loss of fat over the years
should be the solution if your skin has time to shrink.
3. Do more exercise and eat better

Physical activity for fat loss while maintaining a reasonable amount of
muscle. Start the high intensity training involving compounds and cardio
exercises at least three times a week by following a low-carb, low-sugar
and diet rich in protein like Keto or Paleo diet.
While I despise people who are overweight and do nothing about it, I
respect those who make the effort and really want to change, so don t go
into a gym class if you can t stick to it. There's no point do five minutes
if elliptical trainer forty minutes are spent talking to other girls around
the machine. Make an essential part of fitness your lifestyle if exercise
becomes natural.
4. Stop consuming traditional media

MSM is not your friend or here to help. He is there to make you feel good
despite your situation and consume more. Get off social media where random
people on the Internet and your liberal friends tell you that you are
beautiful so they can have their little buzz signaling virtue before
returning to mock. You must be in an isolated mental state to concentrate
on what you have to do.
Stop reading feminist blogs and believe in fables like the fat acceptance
or & # 8221 positive body; Trends Men want beautiful, thin women. He has
always and will always be true.
If you need to use alternative media and inspiring stories for your
motivation, within reason.
5. Accept that it is your fault that you are fat.

lifestyle and lack of exercise.

millions of years of evolution, and you assume full responsibility for
destruction.
6. Stop being bitches

Stop drinking alcohol or nightlife where they serve alcohol. The only
liquid you need to ingest is water. You have a mission, you don t try
relapse.

I sincerely hope this will spread and give a hard truth necessary for heavy
girls in denial. I'm just putting it out there, even though I know the
reason and the facts are not attractive to women.
Since much of this heathen bastard I can be, I still want healthier
relationships between men and women, and even if only one girl thins
successfully down and live a happier life after reading this, I reached my
goal. Some may wonder if I have similar advice for fat men. I: You are a
grown man. Deal with it alone.
