5 Activities Underappreciated Every man must engage in

While many of us are aware of the basic principles of the philosophy of the
red pill and masculinity, such as lifting, learning game, dress well, and
earning income, there are other least popular activities that are not
featured much, but still have a place in all directory men. The five
activities mentioned below are, in my opinion, the best is to ensure a well
rounded masculine man:
1. Gymnastics
Can you do more?
While many men consider this activity / sport & # 8221 gay; for some
reason, I disagree and maintain that it is perhaps one of the best full
body workouts you can get, outside swimming.
Many benefits, I noted since joining the following: increased spatial
awareness of the body; humility (after doing some weight training for a
while, gymnastics really makes you realize what you can not do); and of
course, contributing to a lean physique.
Haters will hate & # 8230;
I challenge any man who thinks he is strong, but never tried gymnastic
movements to go ahead and give it a shot. You will be surprised at how many
sports fans muscles do not work when performing their exercises.
There comes a sense of pride when you are confident in their ability to
control their bodies. Gymnastics helps achieve this by teaching handstands,
flips, balance, coordination and flexibility.
2. Martial Arts
Block, you degenerate leftist!
Many guys are up and in physical form, but can they defend themselves in a
fight? Of course, the girls could be impressed by your first great physical
and could intimidate male colleagues to pick a fight with you, but it is
always crucial to know at least the basic combat.
These can be learned quickly in the basic boxing and grappling classes.
Although I love them, kicks are not very practical in a street fight,
except for low blows and blows to his knees, but if you are in this course
then MMA would be perfect for you.
Would not want to be that guy on the left & # 8230;
I personally recommend Krav Maga, after three months myself. It teaches you
not BS tactics of street fighting and techniques that incorporate boxing, a
lot of knee strikes, grappling, and defense against surprise attacks by
armed assailants (knife, stick, gun, etc.). Some schools also train
students to defend themselves against multiple attackers.
3. Running
Time to evolve, man & # 8230;
Our Paleolithic ancestors did not have the modern luxury cars and other
forms of transport, had to run around wherever they went. Especially for
men, to be able to be able to run (fast) is an important feature in many
societies of hunter-gatherers, like these guys had to catch prey moving or
hunger.
Left or right?
I am a big advocate of short and operation at medium range, but I want to
stress the importance of particularly short distance sprints for his
strength training, benefits-fat loss. middle distance help build endurance
and stamina and complete the short distance sprint work so that your legs
properly conditioned.
long distance usually leads to muscle catabolism which is bad for guys
looking to get ripped off. On a side note though, long distance racing
ability could help you save on transportation costs.
4. Dance
I can already see a lot of guys frowning at it. However, learning to dance
(mainly classical forms such as Waltz, Ballroom, Foxtrot, etc.) can do
wonders for the masculine man.
What better can there be foreplay?
Good dancing ability in men almost automatically Women visualize how you'd
be in bed, so it's a useful skill to have. And in today's world it is very
difficult or stupid to show our strength in fighting other men, dancing is
a form of passive demonstration of value for women.
Certainly I can not dance to save my life (yet), but it is in my plans for
the future, after I have my priorities sorted in terms of finance, game,
looks, etc.
5. Manual labor
Gym? Ain t person time for dat!
The last on the list, and rightly so, because it is perhaps the most
important. Manual labor has long been a male-dominated pursuit, and any
self-respecting man should make a point to obtain that title, as often as
possible (or necessary).
The cool thing about the manual work is that there are many different types
so you're bound to find something you love to do, and you can get paid for
it. Oh wait, there is another: you also get a good workout in most cases.
Most useful manual labor types:

painting home - never painted an entire room? Your shoulders, neck and back
will burn like hellfire
cleaning windows
washing cars - my favorite
Self base maintenance - changing tires, removing a motor, etc.

Conclusion
The five activities above are the ones I personally believe to be great
activities for masculine men. Some of them are already well accepted in the
community, others not so much. No matter if you've never tried one of the
above and you are looking for new ways to improve yourself, I encourage you
to do so.
