Why Americans are so F @ # king Fat?

Americans are fucking fat, and yet when you look at the percentages of
obesity, America can barely in the top 10. Why? Why so many billions of
people become obese than in the last 30 years? I would like to analyze the
& # 8221 turning; when Americans began to become obese, shine some light on
the world as well.
Back to the past

For all the talk of how Everything in the past was worse than things are
now, I can say that at least in terms of body mass index & # 8212; a
legitimate measure of obesity for about 95% of humanity, no matter what
women say fat & # 8212; things were better in the past. The average
American man in 1960 weighed about 160 pounds, and the average American
woman was thin 120 pounds and with a size of 28 inches. Today, the average
American woman is 160 pounds, and the average man much heavier than this.
What happened? Studies suggest that the sudden rise in obesity has started
around 1980. But is it specific X-factor that caused this to happen?
Traditional writers always seem to argue that increased availability and
accessibility of food, combine with the intense marketing, explains the
excessive energy consumption and weight gain in different populations & #
8221;. But frankly, this argument always seemed a bit shaky for me.
I don t think it s more food advertising available now then there were in
the 60s and # 8212; if anything, you think of advertising to be more
harmful in a time where cigarettes would be legally advertised on emissions
of cartoons. And that's clearly not the case.
Debunking Some Myths
One of the studies that I used for this was Shapiro study from Brown
University, and perhaps my favorite part is when he explains how, against
the unrealistic body standards make anorexic women & # 8221 !; propaganda
we hear feminists, opportunities of this disorder occurring are extremely
low, and we do not find a significant increase in the number of people who
are dangerously underweight & # 8221;. But again, you can just take a quick
look around American women and realize that there's clear that something is
wrong about anorexia.

Speaking of throwing shade fatties face, studying the medical research
team, most doctors and certified coaches like myself all agree that the
main cause of weight gain is eating more calories than you expend with
physical exertion.
Ultimately, all the studies I read this article refer to the two major
causes of the obesity epidemic: a national decrease in physical activity
and a national increase in calorie consumption. Certainly, these things
exist & # 8212, simply take a look at portions of the restaurant. But
again, we must ask why?

In other words, even if s junk food and corn syrup high fructose flying in
the sky, why do people choose to eat instead of good, healthy food? If I
may, I have a few theories as to why the country decided en masse to eat
crappy food and do not exercise & # 8230;
1. The increase of food additives, processing and unregulated
Agribusiness companies, over the past 30 years, was given free rein to load
their food with so many preservatives, soy products, corn syrup high in
fructose as possible. Because, well, it won t kill anyone and he saves them
a shitload of money!
Soy and preservatives have been linked to many health disorders, and high
fructose corn syrup perfidy is due to its ubiquity rather than its inherent
unhealthiness. There are opportunities if you look at a person fat diet,
there will be a lot of these things.
It time again to exit the food product of potted meat. Protip: everything
must state that it is in fact the food is not something you want to eat
2. Poverty Increased & amp; Stagnant wages
I m honestly surprised how this is rarely high. It is often noted that the
United States is one of the few countries in the history of the world where
the poor are fat and the rich are slim. It is also a matter of joint
discussion that American wages have essentially flat since the 1970s in
terms of purchasing power, while prices rose. Compare prices of healthy
foods at the price of unhealthy foods.
Although I have argued that is not hard to pinch pennies and get healthy
food for yourself, even on a salary barely above poverty, that's also keep
in mind that most people are pretty damn stupid, and therefore aren t aware
of this fact. If all you're looking is enough food to get through the day,
and all you have is 20 dollars, you can buy more junk food with 20 dollars
you can buy good food.
In addition to the destruction of American industry forcing many to live
paycheck to paycheck, it's as & # 8230;
3. Destruction of the American family
As we often discuss here on the return of kings, the American family is in
a state of disrepair, which is unfortunate because the children of single
parents (especially single mothers) tend to grow up to be dysfunctional
adults. Therefore, I have always felt that's not too far-fetched to assume
that a dysfunctional family will not be feeding children adequate food or
engage in some sort of physical activity. After all, if a woman is always
urbanite ride the carousel in his 30s, is she going to cook for her sprog?
Surely not!

4. The decline of American Culture and Community
Related to the latter, many studies have shown that increasing the
diversity and multiculturalism have the negative effect of destroying any
sense of community and culture shared by a group of people, be it a city or
an entire nation. And when the streets aren t sure, and grocery stores are
closed because of rampant crime (the real cause of the alleged beautiful
white food deserts sometimes complain), you're going to see an increase in
obesity and lack of physical activity & # 8211; and count on that.
Conclusion
So I think it n t a factor or a turning point that caused America to become
a nation of lardasses morbidly obese. Rather, it was several factors
occurring at the same time the other that seemed to cause.
Attach the other hand, it will also more awareness of healthy food choices,
or the beauty of promotion at any size & # 8221.
