4 highly estrogenic foods Besides soy could lower your testosterone levels

Just a few weeks I was talking soy, by-products and how this vegetable has
negative effects on the male physique estrogenizing. Of course, nothing has
changed in these weeks: soy is still rightly stigmatized by men.
That said, we s make something perfectly clear: soy is not the only food
that can undermine your masculine strength & # 8212; far from there! As you
have probably supported, this article will deal with four other food
estrogenizing the hated soy, and why you should avoid them.
1. Beer

& # 8221 Beer !; you might ask. Yes beer, of all things, has been shown
estrogenizing. Specifically, all beers, but only certain types of beer & #
8212; those brewed with hops, which is to say the overwhelming majority of
beers you can find on the market.
Of course, beer is fattening, hence the term beer belly & # 8221; but it
goes beyond. Hops contain phytoestrogens, which are found in (you guessed
it) soybeans too! If it wasn t bad enough, it could simultaneously lower
your testosterone levels as well.
This effect can be improved somewhat if you drink beer that does not happen
with hops & # 8212; malt extract, fruit, corn, permutations of alcohol are
many, and if you need a shot of alcohol, you can probably find something
that hops.
But beer is a manly thing & # 8221 !; Some who refuse to limit their
alcohol consumption probably say right now. Says who? The media, of course!
The same media that does everything in its power to denigrate masculinity
90% of the time. Am I the only one who finds that suspect?
2. transformed Sugar

In fact, any kind of high-carbohydrate diet is estrogen, but this is the
worst. In fact, according to some studies, eating too much fructose and
sucrose can have an epigenetic effect causing a malfunction of the
regulation of sex hormones.
Of course, this effect occurs if you eat corn syrup or high fructose sugar,
but I specify processing of sugar because of the sheer preponderance of it
in the modern diet. You should already be avoiding foods that s high
content of pure sugar to avoid giving you a dad BOD, which is just another
reason for the ban.
And a manner of speaking, which is beer above otherwise the only liquid
simple carbohydrates? The verdict is in: avoid excessive intake of
carbohydrates!
3. flax

What the hell is the linen & # 8221 ?; most of you are probably wondering.
How do you eat the things they do linen & # 8221 ?; May 1 bit more informed
inquire. It may surprise you, but flax (or more precisely flaxseed) are in
a good amount of food & # 8212; including whole grain bread and cereals.
And to be clear, they're not bad at all: they are one of the dominant plant
sources of these valuable Omega-3 fatty acids that are good for the central
nervous system. However, that comes with a compromise in the form of
lignans, a chemical with estrogenic properties.
Flax appears to be the least harmful foods on the list, so if you need
omega-3 fatty acids, a small amount of flaxseed or flaxseed oil can not be
too bad in limiting
4. Processed animal products

Although I have said repeatedly that animal products are some of the best
things you can eat & # 8212; and I maintain that & # 8212; I should make a
clear distinction between healthy and unhealthy animal products.
Vegans have a point on one thing: agricultural plant processes and similar
aren t good for everyone. Not only are they abominably cruel to animals
themselves, the sheer amount of hormones and other chemicals they give
animals when they re living (for increased meat, milk and eggs performance)
are not good for your health. And neither the Conservatives are you'll find
in various processed meats.
Say what you will about the European Union, they might have a point in
banning US beef and milk for import & # 8212; and the fact that the US has
much higher obesity probably illustrate this fact.
Worst of all is that the estrogenic effects are probably the milder effect
of all hormones related to agriculture: increased rates of cancer, heart
disease and metabolic syndrome are also associated with these hormones, to
name a few.
