Man faces 15 years in prison after the recording of his wife having sex with another man

A New Jersey florist using the app "Find My iPhone" to track down a lost
gadget stumbled into a sticky situation - his naked wife in bed with his
boss.
And now, the cuckold husband faces 15 years in prison for his spying.
"I feel like it's unfair what they do for me," Sean Donis, 37, lamented the
Post. "It's like I'm being punished twice. "
Clifton man used his mobile phone to record two short videos of the session
in hot and heavy when he confronted his wife and her lover there is more
than one year.
He broke down in tears when he shared with the mail.
The first, a seven-second clip shows Nancy Donis going at it with Albert
Lopez in the dimly lit main room of his Rockland County, NY, home on April
15, 2016.
As Sean takes the sordid spectacle, he exclaims: "Wow! "And Nancy hop her
lover before Sean drops his phone in shock.
The following video, 35 seconds and shows Nancy Lopez covering as Sean
berates his wife.
"While video! All about the video! . . . I can not believe you, Nancy. I
can not believe you, "Sean said.
"Stop. Please, stop. Stop. OK, I understand. I understand. Stop," she
pleads.
Lopez ordered him to anger of the home and the phone is shaken during an
apparent struggle before Sean said, "Do not worry, I'm leaving," and the
video ends.
Home where cheating took place
Earlier that day, Nancy asked her husband to watch their son, now 5, she
could go to dinner with friends in Elizabeth, NJ, according to Sean.
At one point during the evening, he noticed the boy was missing and iPad
enabled application "Find My iPhone".
The software showed the movement device to Rockland, Sean said, waving his
fears that he was on Nancy accommodation, who at the time worked with Lopez
in the billing department to an orthopedic office Clifton.
"She was hiding her phone. I touch the phone - it would get very nervous
and said she would work to further research rather "No, do not touch my
phone. ". And she lost a lot of weight too, "he said.
Sean had his mother shows the boy as he got in his car and followed the
signal to Pomona. There he found Nancy Ford Edge parked outside the
sprawling house Lopez, 58, has on a cul-de-sac, lined with trees.

Nancy, 38, later filed for divorce and marriage of six years Sean was
dissolved in February, court records show.
But Sean was a letter of July 20 informing a grand jury had indicted him
Rockland burglary crime and illegal surveillance.
He pleaded not guilty last month and must return to court on 20 September
lawyer Howard Greenberg predicts Sean defense would be completely
exonerated.
"It is an offense in that jurisdiction a healthy mind is a violation, not a
crime, and he finds the greatest evil of his wife screwing a stranger,"
said Greenberg. "No jury will convict this man of anything, much less a
crime. "
