my stay, Amanda had all the advantages of a boyfriend without commitment or

the Eagles and Genesis.
All good. I returned to England happy with my & # 8216; Oneitis Amanda
fully charged. I decided to visit him again, this time for New Year's Eve,

between us & # 8212; and it would have been a terrible idea anyway.

When I arrived at the apartment of Amanda, though, I knew immediately that
something was wrong. Once again, she was distant, even cold with me. Again,

believe the last time and that will happen again on this trip. It s a & #
8216; good girl after all & # 8212; the type that needs to be & # 8216; & #
8217 warmed; a little before accepting sex.
I was wrong. We spent New Years Eve it in his apartment to play poker with

Try as I might to convince her to let me stay she was adamant. This time
she hadn t even bother to call the Carlton Arms. Brief for my suitcase was
packed, and I am in the freezing rain the streets of Manhattan alone. I had
stopped drinking at the time and it took divine intervention to prevent me
from walking in one of the cozy pubs, looking to drown my sorrows. Happy
New Year.
Of course, Amanda was lying on Susan's aunt. The fact is that she wanted me
because my neediness and oneitis repulsed. Also I'm pretty sure she just
start typing another guy anyway. I was vaguely aware of that at the time,
but I am deeply disappointed that Amanda, who I d Considered a & # 8216; &
# 8217 nice girl; could treat me so mercilessly. It was a number of events
like this that led me to take the red pill and understand female sexuality
& # 8212; and gender relations & # 8212; in a more realistic perspective.
Bang Budapest
But I don t blame Amanda for what she did. I was a naive fool who needed to
learn a lesson. Things are different now. Yesterday I returned from a trip
to Budapest, where I spent time with Liliana, my Hungarian & # 8216; Friend
with benefits & # 8217;. We had an excellent week exploring the city and
have lots of sex.
The difference this time is that the context is quite different. For
starters, there is zero or neediness oneitus my side. There is no pressure,

I hope these two very different examples demonstrate my point of traveling

then it can be. I had a wonderful time in Budapest at the time of a sexual
point of view, but also just hanging out in the city with a cool girl. But
if you come from a context of weakness or neediness then you need to think

A habit to initiate change rather than simply react to it
A personality that does not react to problems with the paralyzing emotions
A habit of making good choices at critical moments after weighing the costs
and benefits
You might reasonably assume that at least some of these features are more
or less genetic. The good news is that what you are born with, you can have
more by developing and Small changes make big differences downstream. Where
can you learn how to develop these traits? Well, probably not reading a
book on how to become rich, or by going to college. It seems that if the
university was really all that valuable, college graduates are more
uniformly successful in terms of prosperity, fulfillment and personal
happiness than they really are, even if they do not have connections to
enter a prestigious school.
Most of what you know, you learned unconsciously. You have not learned to
speak by your parents shoving a fork in front of your face and
saying "fork! Range! "Then to have to do the same for all the words you
have learned. You have unconsciously picked just hear people talking forks
and see the results without even paying conscious attention. Whenever you
hear the word, then seen or otherwise known object, your brain makes an
unconscious association between the two. Although you may have experienced
the frustration when you do not know how to express yourself, the process
of learning new vocabulary was itself effortlessly.
Trying to learn consciously, unconsciously against, makes it much more
difficult to learn a second language through formal classroom lessons or a
book. People often find they can not speak a language after years of course
but make rapid progress when they delve into some of the world where the
language is spoken. It is possible to simulate the same process with
courses that are designed very differently from traditional lessons, but
hardly anyone who designs languages realizes courses.
A better way to achieve success
The vast majority of what you know is the result of experience, not a
school marm babbling to you. Your success in life is the result of your
experiences in your studies. In fact, much of your success in formal
education is the result of your educational experience, not the content!
You might think that you are "not good" for a subject, when the real
problem is your associations unconsciously programmed to it. You probably
have more potential than you have already done; it is a development issue,
and to do so, you might need different programming you have had so far.
Much of your success in life depends on your overall habits of thought, and
they are influenced by your experiences. Suppose when you were a child, you
were slapped and yelled at accidents, honest mistakes, or take the
initiative without permission. Missing opportunities to build greater
emotional stability that adults around you, you would tend to react with
your own emotions, usually a combination of fear, anger or shame. The men
who had too many of those experiences that never grow accomplish great
things for fear of failure, or fear of acting without authorization.
Because men tend to not only hide their emotions, but often are actually
out of touch with them, they never notice how their paralyzing emotions are
sabotaging their success, like a fish does not notice the water . The wrong
kinds of experiences subconsciously programmed to chess. The right kinds of
experiences subconsciously programmed to succeed.
The experience through stories
If only there was a way to take better experiences than you actually have.
Well, there are stories ... are experiences vicariously. As long as you are
fully engaged in them, is to treat your brain as experiments.
Reading stories also helps develop precision capability 2 guess other
people's thoughts, emotions and motives, and to detect lies. This is useful
for getting along with others, including in corporate cutthroat
environments.
The men are disadvantaged for playback in part because of the relative
scarcity of fiction specifically tailored to the needs and tastes of men.
Even to the extent that men do not read or watch movies, experiences
vicariously they offer are often no better, or worse, as they had in real

Many modern authors write protagonists with obvious mental problems. To the
extent that your thought patterns begin to lead them, it's bad for you.
Movies and books are loaded to program you to benefit from a government or
sponsor, not you. You are being programmed to behave in ways that benefit
someone else, to your disadvantage.
Most transfers of literature unrealistic experiences that inspire bad
choice. If you live your life the way the characters in novels or TV
broadcasts live their typical, you're not going to experience the same
happy ending they do!

The NFL is killing itself by identity politics
Literally the only thing I watch on TV is sports. If hockey, boxing, MMA or
the occasional football game is not on the tube, I cut the thing. This is
for many reasons, but especially because it is & # 8212; until recently & #
8212; the sports world was my only way to escape the traditional media
non-stop left against the right cultural holy war.
Since Trump was elected, the media entertainment industrial complex in
America has turned into non-stop political propaganda machine 24 hours a
day. awards degenerated into little more than a platform for artists to
find new ways to say "fuck Republicans," with the MTV Video Music Awards
become essentially a paean three hours to white guilt & # 8211 ; if a
session of outright Maoist fight broadcast in 200 million homes. Even the
commercials have become arrogant, self-righteous homage to the leftist
cause, with Proctor and Gamble trying to sell soap somehow walked painfully
to the time of racial violence segregation.
With movies, television, news, cartoons, video games and comics all become
shameless social justice warrior agitprop, sports were the only mass
entertainment form that has not been affected by the anti cultural jihad
-law. Sports & # 8212; all his faults and foibles & # 8212; remained
non-political realm, the only sector of popular culture that could rightly
be called a meritocracy. tirades against stubborn racism, homophobia,
misogyny or police violence has no place in the figurative and literal
sports arena. The NFL, NBA, MLB and remained constant cultural remains
outside the defilement of contemporary social issues.
But everything changed when Colin Kaepernick decided to protest against
the "systemic racism" and "police brutality" in 2016. For some reason,
Colin & # 8212; including black father abandoned his white mother while
still in utero, and should his life be adopted by a well to do couple white
middle class instead of being left to stagnate in the single poverty
maternity & # 8212; FIGURED knees during the national anthem would be the
best way to symbolically stand against blacks shooting cops, city schools
is so crappy, and non-blacks, saying the word "nigger", I suppose.
Of course, Colin never explained how the refusal to participate in the
League ceremony at the scale that is explicitly prefaced as a "tribute to
our men in women in uniform" had something to do with police brutality in
default of African American students or white in Arkansas using the
term "rabbit of the jungle", but somehow it took. Instead of showing
respect for the 1.8 million people who lost their lives defending the
country since 1776 & # 8212; among them, the 300,000 Union soldiers who
literally gave their lives to end slavery, not to mention nearly 8,000
black soldiers who died in Vietnam & # 8212, a litany of (almost
exclusively black) players NFL and NBA began to take a knee or sitting on
the bench during the performance of "the Star Spangled Banner."
This is their way oh-so-special to say "fuck the system", and that the
media kindly reminded us time and again, any and all black dissatisfaction
screens are both valid and meritorious proxy "we wuz slaves. "
In fact, Colin K. has a lot in common with Malcolm X. Like the fact that
they're both very bad to play football.
Of intersectionality in interceptions
During the last year, it was impossible to detach the world of sports world
of Dom warrior social justice. Even ESPN turned into de facto Antifa
branch, with the antenna guests Trump publicly berating the administration
to support so-called "white supremacy" and SportsCenter episodes do not
start with a rundown of the football and baseball scores, but a call
fastest of all the multimillionaire ballplayers who bravely refused to
stand for the national anthem.

the POTUS had gone too far.
The final result? Almost every week 3 game of the NFL season featured
predominantly black players linking arms and knees during the national
anthem, with several teams refusing to leave even the locker room during
the performance. This time, the message was clear: players are not sitting
and kneeling to protest against "injustice" or "racism", they refuse to
honor the dead soldiers as a figurative way of saying "fuck the president. "

interposing their maddening, anti-law drivel on the show, the games
themselves have become unwatchable.

A silver lining?
At some point Oakland Raiders vs Washington Redskins game Sunday night,
Cris Collinsworth commentator wondered aloud if the crappy Raiders
performance could be attributed to the team to spend more time figuring out

4 Ab exercises that most men have ever seen

How to find a worthy daughter of a long-term relationship
As I read a lot of pieces and comments on ROK and other sites based on
masculinity, there seems to be a lot of griping about the overall quality
of women out there that would be important to a reasonable relationship.
And rightly so, all things considered.
Yet while it is true that most modern women, at least in the West, are
socially designed to be life partners inept and probably unnecessary, the
truth is that all women are the same ilk. Indeed, quality in terms of
quality and as the old saying goes, water seeks its own level, regardless
of how times change. You will always find quality, regardless of the period
in which you are.
I recently had a young man I've known for the past decade, give me a call
about a break with his girlfriend of long standing. Naturally, he was
devastated after his leaving him out of the blue after six years together.
As he was sulking in his misery and poured his pain, looking for advice, I
changed speed and got to think of a much broader spectrum about his
situation.
First, I asked him to write his first three values of life. "What do you
represent? " I asked him. Unless you are able to specify and identify what
your maximum values are in life, how do you expect a woman with similar
values to come your way? Why randomize in the dark when you can turn on
the lights and deleting your own blindfold? In addition, three is a good
number solid. If you can list three fundamental values that you live by,
clarity is in the image and you will be able to navigate to women who share
and appreciate these values. And remember the law of life: the value is

I remembered a very useful approach that has been adopted by the famous
