I recently spent a week in Sofia, Bulgaria. I was very impressed by the
friendliness of the people, modernity (some) areas, and the overall
atmosphere of the place.
More and more British stag parties continue to eviscerate former major
destinations in Eastern Europe, I feel almost reluctant to share
information about Sofia. Meanwhile, Ryanair flies there already ($ 20 in
London), so how could I do worse can it?
Normies are flocking to places like Budapest and Krakow instead of Sofia
and Belgrade. The masses have yet to enter the capital of the Balkans at a
really high level. That being said, here are some thoughts I have on Sofia,
Bulgaria after a week.
1. potentially fantastic Hub Nomad
One thing that impressed me most was Sofia Internet speed. My AirBnB, all
the cafes, and everywhere I went always a good internet connection which
was more than enough for your average worker.
One day I ventured to a coworking space that an American friend had used
and was completely blown away by how nice it was. While it was a typical
Soviet-style building on the outside, inside was a beautiful place that any
entrepreneur would be happy to call home several days a week. The view was
of the top floors even had a nice view of the mountain & # 8230;
In addition to these benefits, the food is good. There are many trendy
cafes and restaurants that will be familiar to expats and good traditional
Bulgarian cuisine. I personally prefer a Balkan cuisine of Bulgaria, Serbia
and Croatia to the more Slavic bland taste of Poland, Czech and Ukraine.
2. Modern infrastructure (ish)
Apart from the Internet and food, Sofia is nice and become a bit more
modern. The main walking area, Vitosha Boulevard, is beautiful, clean and
has a great atmosphere. Once you get out of this main area, it becomes a
little grungy & # 8221; you can tell.
The most apt comparison I have found would be to take the Pub District Ruin
/ Jewish quarter of Budapest and apply it to the majority of Sofia. If you
like the ambience of this section of the Budapest nightlife, you'll like
Sofia (although the parties aren t as good).
The metro is very nice and modern in some sections, and much older and
outdated in others. If you're a foreigner, you will have very little reason
to ever leave the main area of Vitosha.
3. Friendly People
One of the areas lacking modern infrastructure.
Just as I find to be the Serbs (though my time was short), Bulgarians were
very friendly people. Even in the center of Sofia, people were still
excited & # 8221; to be able to speak some English, asking where I was
from, etc. No doubt it will not continue forever & # 8212; Poland girls
were excited to speak English not too long.
But all in all, everyone had a very friendly atmosphere and was more than
willing to share their city and culture with a stranger.
Again, your mileage will vary considerably depending on the open and
friendly way that you are, as well. These same stag parties I mentioned are
viewed with disdain, and will generally ruin the impression of English
speaking tourists.
I heard a good amount of American English while on the streets walking
around. However, I always noticed something & # 8212; These people were
very well behaved, quiet and respectful. You could tell by the tone of
their voice and the atmosphere they gave off.
Bulgaria is not a place that your average Joe or Brittany will have on
their vacation bucket list. Instead, people who choose to come to Bulgaria
usually have a genuine interest in the country and culture & # 8212; and it
shows.
4. The Bulgarian girls
Heels not common as in Ukraine, but still saw regularly enough good weather.
Ah, yes & # 8212; the part everyone is really curious.
Bulgarian girls are really cute. I would say a step below their Serb
neighbors to the north, or their counterparts in the North even in Ukraine.
Of course, a step below is really not a big deposit. You see a lot of
beautiful girls walking around.
The problem is that Sofia is small, and it will not be that many of them.
Considering this game is really down to the numbers, you will have much to
do to you based on the fact that Sofia is just a small place.
There is only a small foot area that would always bother to game day, night
is quiet day of the week, and there is generally little technology that
would make people dating difficult.
Furthermore, winters are quite cold, and supposedly during the summer, the
capital empties as people head to the beach (which I hear good things
about). Factor all these things together, and I m just not sure how I would
strongly recommend Sofia just for girls
As for Ukraine, I would say that you can choose just the cities for single
girls (and suck it up if you don t enjoy the city itself), I could not t
say Sofia. I would say you & # 8217, to be much better choice as a place to
spend a month because you love the city, culture and ambience. The dating
scene is a nice bonus.

Can you escape from a broken society by becoming a hermit?
Many citizens feel deeply that something has gone terribly wrong with
society, but they can t pick up the pieces. Some might search it and start
exploring the depths of the rabbit hole. Those who took the red pill
apprehend how things are dysfunctional. If you just found out that most of
your countries treat people like you politicians and business leaders with
indifference at best and hostility at worst, it's an unpleasant realization.

The question, then, is what to do about it. Opposing forces entrenched
Western civilization are great, and they want you to believe they're
invincible. Some fall into apathy and despair, I hope a temporary
condition. Other reforms are working to inform their fellow citizens, and
other constructive efforts.
Another category is struggling to digest the bitter pill red. They're well
aware of the culture war, but don t want to participate. Some might even
embrace the decline, reasoning that if the company is in the toilet, it's
easier to enjoy the ride down the tubes.
Finally, some are tempted to withdraw from society. This could involve the
lifestyle MGTOW, or even completely goes Galt & # 8221; moving mountains
and living off the grid. There's a lot to say for resilience, preparation
and unplugging of consumerism. However, prevention and gift retirement t
bring victory, and long-term aren t personally viable.

Whenever the company sells, it is always something else. They get almost
anything they finally ask. If this remains unchecked, they'll continue to
