In poor and largely underdeveloped region in South Asia (India,
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka), Sri Lanka
stands perhaps the least materially and culturally repugnant of all.
However, even if this is the case if we look at these countries as a whole,
it is still an emerging market relatively low. Gross monthly income is
around 84 700 Rupee, about 593 US dollars.
This implies that the Lankese average person can never afford to travel and
often end up working either in agriculture (tea, spices, grainseed,
sugarcane, rubber and so on) or single industries (telecommunications,
insurance, banks, tourism, etc.).
From the tourist point of view, another consequence is a low level of
infrastructure. Sri Lanka is not a large island and a distance that would
have taken less than two hours in Western Europe or East Asia takes 4-6
hours there. Some trains that travel through mountainous areas are
incredibly slow. This leads to a lot of time wasted on crowded trains,
buses and taxis.
However, the southeast coast, where places like Galle, Hikkaduwa and
Mirissa Beach are located, have the fastest trains, and if we can afford to
hire a driver for a few days, distances can be treated a slightly faster
pace.
Another negative thing about Sri Lanka is that there is almost zero
attractive girls in the Lankese population. I always keep my eyes open but
still could not see a single local hottie for two weeks. They are not
particularly fat, but that's about their only advantage. Therefore, go over
tourist sites to meet other Western or Asian women instead. For example, in
Hikkaduwwa I met a German girl attractive, original partially Serbic, I
numerus clausus after five minutes of conversation at a local gym.
Thus, this place is obviously not a poosy high-tech paradise, but if we
keep that in mind and find ways to circumvent logistical obstacles and even
hedonistic, and a number of other benefits will manifest.

The landscape is beautiful in many places in Sri Lanka. For example, early
in the morning and me a friendly guy who worked at my guesthouse went to
the top of Lion Rock Sigiriya to catch sight of a view I will never forget.

offer majestic views.

One of the most beautiful beaches I visited is located in Grand Bahama,
Bahamas, so an American who wants to relax in a pleasant environment might
want to go there instead. Most of the beaches along the south coast of Sri
Lanka can be considered more attractive, although generally high level.
However, Mirissa Beach is beautiful breathtaking, especially at sunset and
night. So it might actually be worth going into more exotic honeymoon if
one is lucky. I was there alone and did not meet anyone, and although it
was much more pleasant to contemplate while walking along stretches of sand
several times, I wish I could have spent that time with a girl.
3. A diverse and fascinating wildlife
Mirissa Beach, a traveler can also do whale watching, which is a
fascinating experience, as you can probably see a large number of blue
whales. I was particularly lucky in that time and saw several giant whales
and dolphins and other marine animals.
In just one or two weeks, you can see blue whales, leopards from Sri Lanka,
elephants, Indian monkeys (Tuffed gray langur), Mongoose, Indian crested
porcupine, and numerous diving fish species snorkeling or diving underwater.
My best experience in this regard was when my car shipping was chased by an
elephant mother vehemently protected against his offspring near Sigiriya.
4. Theravada Buddhism
Historically and currently, Sri Lanka is an important place to Theravada
Buddhism. Around 250 BCE the only surviving school of Buddhism arrived in
Ceylon, and finally this branch gap in Burma in the eleventh century, and
later also in Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Theravada is more conservative
than Mahayana Buddhism, and this influences the larger society as well.
For historical sites, Dambulla Cave Temple is an excellent starting point.
Here are some of the most impressive Buddha statues in the world are
located.
5. Genuinely friendly people
You meet nice people almost everywhere in the world, but this often happens
with a larger number of opportunistic boring or worse. Often, a good person
in the tourism industry, either Malta or Indonesia, tend eventually to
transmit a message at least semi-imposed recommendation. In other words,
they make you feel obliged to support their family is ready to take you on
a journey, or recommend their guest house especially, inn or hotel. Not
that it is a great thing, but it means a transition to a Gesellschaft
society with just rational mutual agreements and transactions rather than
genuine altruism involved.
In Sri Lanka, there is very little of this, but it often lean toward
traditional Gemainschaft, since Ferdinand Tönnies concept is consistent
with non-European cultures. If you prefer to travel in a way you'll pay
more of course accordingly, but as long as you are traveling in a budget
style, no one will bother you with drugs, hoes or trinkets. Street vendors
are almost absent in all countries, and some offer if all they probably act
very nice and polite. For example, I am convinced of going to a traditional
show, with Hindu elements, which is cheap in the small town of Kandy ,.
As a young married man Lankese told me when he explained why he wanted that
very few, if something back for me to drive with motorcycle at the starting
point, and follow me to the top of Lion Rock Sigiriya: & # 8220, as a
Buddhist, I believe in karma and compassion. I do not want your money & #
8221.
With the government's conflict 26 with the Tamil Eelam Liberation Tigers
and the fact that human nature is much the same regardless of the place
kept in mind, I do not mean that people Lankese are not necessarily better
than others. Always ethics count.
In summary
As I pointed out in the preamble of this article, there are palpable flaws
in Sri Lanka in terms of infrastructure and talent of women in particular.
If one also takes flight distances into account, it could be questionable
for an American to go all the way at all, but those who come to know
through a beautiful country leaning tradition that offers stunning
landscapes, beaches and from wildlife.

4 Books I think my IQ increase by ten points
Intelligence is the extent to which we can do without special conditions to
create principles, and then apply those principles to new details. In other
words, IQ measurement pattern recognition and model application.

concerted effort. Inadvertently, I concertai this effort. At least I think
I did. Using corroborative evidence of the SAT, ERG and WAIS, I generously
estimated my IQ increased by ten percentage points over the past decade.
Given the nature of intelligence, I think these are the books below which
contributed the most to my brain improvement. They do not teach facts or
theories as they teach the learning process behind the facts and training
theories. As a result, they offer the reader the opportunity to enter the
subjects that can not dance even smart people around by heart and repeat.

In the history of philosophy, Windelband believes the main epistemological
schools that form in philosophy before he considers philosophers. These two
schools, empiricism and rationalism & # 8212; which now appear as liberals
and conservatives, respectively & # 8212; gears behind each turn of
philosophy and therefore political. When we understand culture as a process
of thought and its axioms, as Windelband educated, we inevitably think
abstractly and apply abstractions & # 8212; ie, we become more intelligent.
Instead of criticizing the SJWs as ugly morons, we say they rehash the
strict materialism of the early 19th century and # 8212, which was a revolt
against idealism more & # 8212; in a tribal setting and bring it to its
natural conclusion. It is not only just, it is more useful.

themes throughout the development of psychology. As intelligence is
abstract, this book is the intelligence with a seamless application.

Most people do not know Rand's ethical defense of the free market. Although
these are sometimes stellar points, its genius is not completely palpable
until it leans on epistemology. In Introduction to Objectivist
Epistemology, Rand articulates the specific steps behind the crux of
intelligence & # 8212; deriving concepts from the experience and # 8212;
thereby bridge the gap between rationalism and empiricism mentioned above.
It would be a great idea-deal if it is correct, and it can not be, but all
studies of human vision and processing of information since this book was
written validates most of its points. Few people know this because most
people who study vision and treatment have read that pieces of Rand, and
only with the intention of mocking.
Although the solution to the problem of concepts can miss it n t matter.
The intimate way which analyzes intelligence always the smartest player.

How to become a more persuasive writer channeling Homer
There are two ways to become a better writer: write and read more. I read
the Odyssey at the age of 14 and 17. The Iliad on my return for each year.
Why these two epics 2,700 years (with traditions dating back even earlier,
to the Bronze Age) have lasted so long and proved so influential?
It is not just their age. He n t even if the stories are true to the human
condition they're still relevant. It's Homer (whatever it is) is an almost
unmatched talented storyteller, a true master of the language. But his
language and writing style isn t just a nice thing to read, it's something
that you can start using to become a more powerful and persuasive writer or
yourself speaker.
In Media Res
The most famous, both the Iliad and the Odyssey begins in the media (res in
the middle of things). The Iliad doesn t begin with the judgment of Paris
and his elopement with Helen, but covers only a few weeks in the last year
of the Trojan War. The Odyssey, meanwhile, does not begin with the sack of
Troy, but the point Ulysses is about to go home, ten years later. This
actually allows Homer to show us the action first, then fill in the details
later, the reader is probably wondering about.
Apart from jumping slower accumulation, a staple of most modern fiction,
starting your message res media actually takes advantage of a principle of
pre-persuasive: that of the unfinished. This concerns the effect Zeigarnik
I mentioned it a month ago so that people pay more attention and remember
things that aren t complete.
In addition to allowing Homer to start a memorable share, in media res
device captivates attention because his audience wants to know what was the
cause of this action (but in his time the story was much more familiar

If you struggle to build your story or message, choosing to start in media
res at an appropriate time could save you some headaches.
Despite his fame, the Trojan is never actually seen directly. It s not
described in passing in the Odyssey.
Trance, Directness and Simile
A Homer is use the most famous words of simile, but s more than that. It is

save a comrade fleeing the start, the race for ships. Right at the gates he
lashed his team purist troops crowded shouting war cries behind him, never
thinking the Argos line could still hold & # 8211; they & # 8217, to all be
rebound on their blackened shells. Idiots. There in the door they found two
men, a pair of two great fighters, son Lionhearted lancers Lapith a
pirithous offspring, robust Polypoetes the other Leonteus, a match for
murderous Ares. The two warriors standing there, in front of the imposing
gates rose like oaks that rear their peaks on a mountain peak, standing
strong winds and driving rain, day after day, their giant branches roots,
striking deep in the earth: if these two, trust all their arms, their
power, rose to Asius head down and charge recoiled. (Iliad 12.142 to 60)
Notice two other aspects of what make the simile / trance even more
powerful. The first is obviously the natural element involved. People have
always respected and feared nature, as Robert Greene points out in the 48
Laws of Power. You also know the nature. It doesn t have to be explained to
you. The second element is the repeated use action words (standing,
driving, branching, enter), that anchors the text and makes it more
impactful (remember that the most persuasive speakers use action words
while the least persuasive use passive words).
Here's another of the same kind:
When the Trojans saw Ideomeneus fierce as fire, he and his arms aid process
Blazoned beautiful, they all shouted and accused in the press and a sudden
battle, pitched broken Sterns ships. As shots whirl wind and shatter under
the shrill gusts days when thick dust drift lie piled on the roads and
winds whip dirt into a swirling cloud of dense & # 8211; if the battle
erupted, chaos storming, inflamed troops, slashing each other with bronze
mounting carnage manslaughtering battle bristling with slender spears,
sharpened spears brandished in hand and ripping flesh and dazzled eyes now
blind with bronze shine, shiny flashing helmets, fighters plowing in a
mass. Only a veteran hardened heart could look at this fight and still
shudder of joy and never feel terror. (Iliad 13.384 to 99)
And what about when people actually go down?
Under his ear, son of Telamon stabbed with a heavy spear, ripped the gun
down and went as a large ash on a landmark mountain ridge that shimmers in
the distance & # 8211; chopped by an ax, leaves running with sap, littering
the earth & # 8230; if Imbrius fell, the shock end of bronze armor against
him hard. (Iliad 13.211 to 16)
Finally, to crystallize the item, I leave with one of my favorite passages
that centers on another meaning & # 8211; sound.
But against them was his glorious Hector Trojans & # 8230; and now they
have drawn the battle line choked tight, blue-haired god of the sea and
Hector shot in the arm, he lead the Trojans, driving god Argos & # 8211;
and wild surf pounded the ships and shelter, squadrons clashed with

There s no arguing with these passages, not parsing their meaning in your
analytical mind. They hit your senses directly. Homer, you see the
brilliance of the bronze warriors clashing in high heat like fire, you hear
their cries you hear the howling winds, and when people die, they go down
like trees or bellowing bulls. The extraordinary is given an ordinary
experience you know. If you're explaining, you're losing in gravitas
persuasive. Homer never explained. It also uses never passive language.
When using his similes or not, language is always direct and powerful.
Conclusion
Understand: people live mostly in the stories. Scott Adams likes to call
different movies on the same screen and # 8221. The facts themselves are
mostly boring time. They should focus on a story that's moving. The best
way you can refine your technique, if you want to write a great story or
simply develop a compelling message, the machine is generally the same. The

random rewards much more than the exact same great reward every time - in
other words they enjoyed the stimulation of novelty. This explains why

outside the house, now I can not fall on my smartphone as a dull cushion.
It did wonders for my life, I'm better in all the activities I mentioned
and feel like if I go over the average person in the street to improve
myself as a man.
As you may have already thought, it actually helped me to meet women in
person. Being without a smartphone got me talking to women than ever before.

Smartphones have their place in the world, but if you want to maximize your
chances of being productive, efficient, happy, and the best version of
yourself, I think the odds are massively increased when you ditch the

words, smart phones steal our efficiency, our attention and time which
could be spent more productively on our work, our business or our goals in
life in general.
Now, instead of usually reach for my pocket, I have other zero
interruptions texts or important calls. If I want to access Facebook or
email, I do it from my laptop that does not put me updated constantly and
steal my attention to a basic moments
2. You leave a serious addiction

As you can see just walking on the street, at work, in the family home, or
dinner (which is my least favorite), people do not seem to put their
smartphones down. It seems to be an additional member for them that they
can not let go. They reach obsessively for their pocket and mentally
drooling at the thought of all new notifications or news.
There is much evidence that tools like the smartphone affect dopamine
levels in the brain - a neurotransmitter that is involved in the formation
of addiction. In addition to this, a process that makes it even more
addictive is the phenomenon known as the "intermittent rewards." The rats
(which have remarkably similar brain structures to us) enjoyed different
random rewards much more than the exact same great reward every time - in
other words they enjoyed the stimulation of novelty. This explains why
gambling, gambling and pornography can be so addictive. Smartphones aren t
much different.
If you do not think you're addicted, you're not alone. I never thought that
I was. Indeed, we contact users and never stop. How do you know if you are
addicted or not if you ever try to stop? See how your brain reacts if you
spend a day without it.
3. You improve your social skills

value would have been too much for me. Why work on anything where you can
browse your smartphone? Why be patient when you can look like you now want
on demand.
The smartphone generates an expectation of instant gratification which,
while great in the moment, is spreading throughout the rest of your life
and decreases the amount of patience and focus you have for other things.
5. You'll be pushed into positive activities
I spent much of my time sitting at home and flipping through my smartphone.
It was easy, fun and satisfying. So why give that up, you might ask?
Since throwing my smartphone in a public trash can, I have to find positive
ways to entertain me and fill my time. Whether going to the gym, go out to
social events, to be productive, play the guitar or the position just
outside the house, now I can not fall on my smartphone as a dull cushion.
It did wonders for my life, I'm better in all the activities I mentioned
and feel like if I go over the average person in the street to improve
myself as a man.
As you may have already thought, it actually helped me to meet women in
person. Being without a smartphone got me talking to women than ever before.
Conclusion
Smartphones have their place in the world, but if you want to maximize your
chances of being productive, efficient, happy, and the best version of
yourself, I think the odds are massively increased when you ditch the
vampire who is your smartphone .
If you do not want to be as extreme as me so why not ditch just for a short
period so you can see positive benefits for yourself? If anything, it will
confirm how addicted (or not) you are, you can evaluate for yourself how it
would be advantageous to quit or at least significantly reduce your use.
I was asked by my friends why I only did not reduce my own use instead of
throwing my entire handset. My answer is that discipline should not remain
on the edge of temptation. I'm addicted to my smartphone, but not anymore.

Completing the front lever Maneuver
In learning the basic gymnastics takes, you've already learned the full
progress of the rear lever, and half of the increase in front lever. And
now, you will learn to complete the front lever. As usual, the progressive
stages involve lengthening the legs gradually until you have fully extended
as the selected image.
And without further ado & # 8230; the last three steps.
The advanced Tuck leg lever
Recalling that the last step, you should have mastered was one front lever
leg (in which one leg is fully extended and right hip and the other leg was
hidden torso), the similar step involves the extension of the leg tucked a
little further.
So start with the right inverted hang, and you lower than you did in the
previous step. Extend one leg completely straighten the hip as you did
before. However, instead of returning the leg back as far as it can
possibly go, place the foot parallel with the extended leg's knee, then
lower yourself into the holding position. I find it helpful to actually put
the back foot on the knee, but make sure not to force the extended leg and
hip down!
Of course, you Alternate legs, and when you can do both legs for 10 seconds
pass.
The Straddle Front Lever
If you remember the progress of the lever back, there was an optional step
you could do called the straddle lever, in which you have taken some of the
pressure on your muscles by dividing the widest possible legs while by the
rear lever.
This is similar, but unlike the lever back I feel the front lever is
received Straddle step. As usual, hit the right inverted hang (maybe you re
remarked how important it is for all these progressions) but divide your
legs as wide as you can, and you cut into it. You will feel that there is
more pressure on you than the previous step, but the straddle posture
reduces some of the stress, so it is a good way for the most difficult
steps.
The half-lever before
Another progressive step before lever which is similar to an increase of
equivalent lever backward, the lever front half is adjacent to the last
stage of the series of front lever. As the name implies this step, it
involves the hips and thighs being fully extended, knees being folded.

was a communist closet. Mandela spent the duck test with flying colors, but
that's not all.
Recently, I discovered a treasure documents about communism, and it is a
manuscript called How to Be a Good Communist & # 8220;. As Antonio Gramsci,
Mandela used his prison time to write in support of his cause. Here's what
Mandela has promised:
The Communists fight for a world where there will be no unemployment, no
poverty and hunger, disease and ignorance. [& # 8230;]
Under a government of the Communist Party in South Africa become a land of
milk and honey. The political, economic and social cease to be enjoyed by
whites only. They will be shared equally by whites and non-whites. There
will be enough land and houses for all. There will be no unemployment,
famine and disease.
The workers earn decent wages; transportation will be cheap and free
education. There will be no law, no control passes influx, no raids for
passes and capitation, and Africans, Europeans, Indians and Métis peoples
will live in perfect peace and racial equality.
The victory of socialism in the USSR, in China, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia,
Hungary, Poland and Romania, where the living conditions of the people were
in many ways similar and even worse than ours, proves that we too can
achieve this important goal.
In fact, I found it to be a primer very well on communist theory, at least
from their point of view. However, Mandela knowledge of the real conditions
of Warsaw and the country's China Mao Pact was a little fishy. Let's see
how things are after Mandela became president in 1994 and had the
opportunity to implement his ideas.

killings crisis could occur soon.
Let's stop the madness. Since the presence of whites in Africa is
intolerable, and Africans in Europe aren t get along so well, they can
exchange populations. Whites in South Africa (and Rhodesian recalcitrant)
should not be presented with obstacles to emigration to Europe, and Blacks
in Europe (mainly Britain and France) will go to South Africa where they
can live in peace and harmony with their brothers.
Unfortunately, this is too reasonable for politicians to consider. If war
breaks out, European governments will leave in the Afrikaners and the
British South Africans as they do with the Syrian refugees? I think we all
know the answer to that question.
